For clients who want the best, XR Plus window film is the easy choice. Along with the properties listed below, it blocks ~96% IR for the ultimate safety and comfort.
Ceramic
Prime XR ceramic film is a great option for clients looking for even more heat rejection. In addition to cutting glare down and blocking 99% harmful UV rays, our ceramic window tint ramps up IR heat rejection to ~78%!
Standard
The Prime CS window film is a quality option for clients who want some privacy, comfort and reduce glare from the sun. It blocks out 99% UV rays, ~12% infrared radiation (IR) and cuts glare by over 60%.
Full vehicle tint covers the doors, rear smaller windows and back glass. Windshields are not included but we can add a top strip or full coverage with very light film
For vehicles (usually SUVs and wagons) with factory tinted rear glass but none in front. We can put lighter film in front or match the rear depending on the factory tint.
A 6″ windshield strip to help reduce glare and provide a better driving experience. It’s a great addition to sun visors since it spans the entire windshield top.
Note: For owners with a very old or poorly installed window film we can definitely replace the old tint and install new film properly. Window tint in Chicago-land doesn’t usually bubble, but lower quality film may discolor over time. Removal services start at $150 and depend on difficulty and time required to remove the old film.
We offer different darkness options for various applications such as street, track, etc. and they vary from 5% to 90%. For street vehicles Illinois laws are as follows:
1. For vehicles with no tint, you can have tint no darker than 35% on both front and rear windows (except front windshield)
2. For vehicles with rear windows darker than 30-35% from the factory (usually SUVs), you can have tint no darker than 50% on the front windows (except front windshield)
3. For those who want 5% limo tint or similar for the rear windows, you cannot have any tint on the front windows
